The Verzuimmakelaar certified!

De Verzuimmakelaar is now double certified: we have both ISO 9001 and Occupational Health and Safety certification. This means an even broader range of services for you.

Certified Occupational Health and Safety Service
The ISO 9001 certification is well known to everyone: it is the globally recognized standard for quality management. The Stichting Beheer Certificatieregeling Arbodiensten (SBCA) administers and publishes the certified occupational health and safety services in a register, in which De Verzuimmakelaar is also included. The requirements relate to the expertise, organization, equipment, and functioning of the occupational health and safety service.

Pragmatic and Flexible
Many absenteeism insurers do not reimburse wage costs if you are not affiliated with a certified occupational health and safety service. De Verzuimmakelaar meets all the certification requirements. Nevertheless, we maintain a pragmatic, flexible approach. Your contact person is easily accessible and we keep the lines of communication short. You can rely on our expertise, which we deploy entirely according to your wishes to prevent and manage absenteeism. So you can focus on your core business.

Core Experts
To be able to offer all possible services, we have expanded our team with an occupational hygienist, a labor and organization expert, and a safety expert. All of these are certified core experts. If you work with us, we can also help you get your RI&E in order if necessary. The Labor Inspectorate does not (yet) actively check this, but if you are faced with a workplace accident, you will be fined if this is not properly arranged. Moreover, our collaboration can result in a decreasing absenteeism rate. And that helps enormously to take your company to the next level.
