Case Manager / Practice Support Officer for Occupational Physician

(32-40 hours per week)

Director-owner Mirelle Klijs started this mission more than eight years ago because she was dissatisfied with the quality of service being provided. Someone who enjoys working in a team of junior and senior case managers and who takes a tailored approach to each absenteeism case. In this combined role of Case Manager/Practice Support Officer for the Company Doctor, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in a dynamic, people-oriented environment.

What will you be doing?
As a Case Manager/Practice Support Officer for the Company Doctor, you will be the link between all parties. You will ensure that absence procedures run smoothly, support the company doctor, and be available to employers and employees. What does that mean in concrete terms?

  • Coordinating and supervising absence procedures, fully tailored to individual needs.
  • Advising employers and supporting employees during their reintegration.
  • Collaborating with senior case managers and contributing to the supervision of complex cases.
  • Providing support to the company doctor to ensure that medical processes run efficiently.
  • Contributing ideas for improvements and creative solutions within our services.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a go-getter who enjoys versatility and quick thinking. Someone who likes to bring structure to dynamic processes while also having an eye for the human side of things. Does this sound like you?

  • You are proactive, flexible, and customer-focused.
  • You have experience with absenteeism counseling and know the laws and regulations inside out.
  • You are RNVC or RSC registered.
  • You have strong communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
  • You like to work in a structured and systematic way, but can also improvise when the situation requires it.
  • Software such as Xpert Suite and Teamleader? You quickly master it (or you already know it).
  • You enjoy achieving success together with colleagues, but you can also excel independently.
