- RI&E policy
Risk assessment and evaluation is a mandatory tool for promoting a safe and healthy working environment. All occupational risks within your organization are identified, after which an action plan is drawn up. If necessary, key experts are involved. A behavioral protocol is then developed and clearly communicated within your organization. The confidential advisor is also named.
- Periodic Occupational Health Examination (PAGO)

- Preventive Medical Examination (PMO)
The PMO is required by law. If you implement it properly, it will lead to higher productivity and lower absenteeism rates. You will gain insight into the health of your employees at an early stage. This allows you to take meaningful action in a timely manner, under the motto “prevention is better than cure.”
- Mediation
Prevent conflicts in the workplace: they cost you a lot of energy and often money too. Mediation focuses on the benefits of cooperation. We therefore seek to identify common interests, a creative process in which the solution is sought in the best interests of both parties. The court only looks at facts, what you have recorded and signed. We look at what the intention of the collaboration is (or was). In practice, this often turns out to be significantly different.
- Inspections
A medical examination is mandatory for certain professions. And that's a good thing, because if employees are not capable of performing their job (properly), it can put themselves or their colleagues at risk. - Workplace investigation
You want to prevent or remedy unnecessary risks in the workplace in order to protect your employees. Moreover, according to the Working Conditions Act, you are obliged to provide your employees with a safe and healthy workplace. This does not only concern the risk of accidents or physical complaints due to, for example, incorrect posture, but also (sexual) harassment, bullying, or exposure to chemicals can be occupational hazards.
